JCM technical instructors have solid field experience in electronics and casino operations. They are certified by JCM to train customers in all aspects of JCM products. The classes include instruction on proper techniques to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs.
JCM works with various Community Colleges and Technical Institutes supporting Slot Technician programs by providing our expertise on Bill Acceptors as guest instructors or assisting presentations in conjunction with the College faculty.
JCM American Corporation has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 8405 Greensboro Drive, Suite 800, McLean, VA 22102. In obtaining this approval, the JCM American Corporation has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standards which are widely recognized as standards of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider membership status, JCM American Corporation is authorized to offer IACET Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standards.
