Senior Product Manager

The Sr. Manager/Director will be responsible for developing a product roadmap for the company that ensures development and testing of high quality, high value products/services that can be successfully marketed to consumers through traditional direct response marketing channels. This role will also be responsible for initiating contact and conversations with prospective complimentary companies to JCM for new product development. The point of having a Senior Product Manager is not only to provide the previous listed duties but help manage and divide the overall work load and products.

Project Technician
|
|
Positions, installs, modifies and repairs JCM product line. Provides technical support to end-users. Acts as a lead on projects and supervises other technicians on specific projects in the field.

Director New Product Development
|
|
Interacts with all members of the Senior Management team and others as required to guide the company's short term course via management of product development: New Product Development: Deliver in-life cycle management to existing products and systems. Identify, validate and document new product concepts. Develop a comprehensive development plan to include functional specifications for the product (MRD), and ROI analysis, canalization input analysis, enhancement/obsolescence of existing product, scheduling, budget and resource planning.
